Mummy Hotfix

A quick hotfix before I go on vacation here. I apologize I won't be able to make any fixes while I'm gone for a bit here.

Changes

• Fixed Kebechet's first encounter not triggering properly
• Fixed Kebechet not showing up at the O.E.A.
• Fixes walking speeds to not be as slow (this is a bit of a band-aid solution, I might rework the walkspeed mechanic later)

If you played on the previous version you MIGHT be able to transfer your save files. I am unsure how that even works but a tester said they did it.
